1. We offer a 30 day over the counter warranty on all items sold. Should you purchase a stereo (for example), and find out two weeks after the purchase that it is not working correctly, we would replace that unit with a brand new one. Outside of the 30 days you will still have an additional 11 months of warranty with the manufacturer.
2. Any merchandise that you buy from our store has a one year manufacturer’s warranty on it. If the item is installed by us, we will remove it and re-install the repaired item without labor charges. Many manufacturers do not offer ANY type of warranty for their product if it is not purchased from an authorized retailer, which can be a problem with online sales.
3. We offer a life time warranty on all the work that we do. We believe that our installers are the most skilled and experienced in the Bay Area. A strong percentage of our business revolves around repeat and referral customers, which allows to operate on volume and offer significant discounts.
